Lead Companion (East Somerset - Frome/Radstock/Midsomer Norton/Chew Valley - Hours to Suit!)

Would you like to use your skills to support our team of volunteer Companions who regularly visit patients and families at home in the East Somerset - Frome/Midsomer Norton/Radstock/Chew Valley areas.

We are looking for 2 volunteers with experience as companions or maybe have a nursing background to become Lead Companions.

This role involves carrying out assessments of patients to understand their needs and identify other suitable volunteers to match with them. You may introduce Companions to patients on an initial visit and will also review and evaluate the service provided.

This is a flexible role and the hours can suit you.
