Retail Admin (Melksham Furniture Shop - Tuesdays, Thursday morning.)
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Dorothy House for some Volunteer Retail Admin Assistants to join our team at Melksham Furniture Shop.
This is a varied role and tasks will include:
- liaising with customers face to face and via telephone, regarding their furniture collections and/or deliveries, ensuring all information is accurate.
- Ensuring donations are checked for Gift Aid and requesting customers fill in the correct form or inputting their details correctly onto the system and ensuring correct storage of confidential information.
- Assist in researching donated items with a view to send to eBay Shop.
- other admin tasks to ensure the smooth running of the shop.
Full training and support will be provided throughout.
If you can spare a few hours on any weekday, Monday to Friday, then this could be for you.
