Our Virtual Shop team in Warminster is looking for volunteers to help in the following areas:

eBay Listing Volunteers - hours to suit Want to support Dorothy House with its online sales? Volunteer with us and we can give you the experience you need to get to grips with e-commerce, or if you are an old hand, we’d gladly appreciate your experience in listing on eBay and getting more money for goods!

Responsibilities include: ● Product photography ● Uploading items onto eBay ● Accurate descriptions and measuring

Online Vintage Clothing and Accessories Volunteers - hours to suit Do you love vintage, quirky and unique clothing and accessories? We’re looking for volunteers to support our online clothing sales.

Responsibilities include: ● Product selection/ curation- great for ‘buying’ experience ● Steaming and prepping clothes for photography ● Product photography ● Styling looks for social media promotion and website pictures. ● Uploading items onto different platforms - our shop, etsy, Depop, vented ● Promotion via social media ● Accurate descriptions and measuring

Fulfilment Volunteers - Monday and Wednesday mornings Want to support Dorothy House with its online sales? We’re looking for people with great attention to detail and practical common sense to join our team.

Responsibilities include: ● Assistance with order processing ● Packing and postage

You will want to apply your passion for business and attention to detail, in order to drive second hand sales online, with your hard work benefiting your local charity and community.

These roles will be based at our Virtual Shop located in Market Place, Warminster.

This is a great opportunity for you to build your CV in this marketplace and we will provide references for future job applications should you apply yourself in this position.

You'd be raising vital funds for Dorothy House supporting those with a palliative diagnosis in your local community.
